MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY

K-9 Kondo Inc. warrants its products against defects in material, workmanship, and chewing for a period of five years from date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to rust damage due to exposure to urine. The conditions of this warranty and the extent of the responsibility of K-9 Kondo Inc. under this warranty are listed below.

12. This warranty will become void when service performed by anyone other than an approved K-9 Kondo warranty service dealer results in damage to the product.

2. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to abuse, neglect, or accident, or which has been, installed, adjusted, or repaired other than in accordance with instructions furnished by K-9 Kondo Inc.
3. This warranty does not cover dealer costs for any expendable parts that are readily replaced due to normal use.
4. The sole responsibility of K-9 Kondo Inc. under this warranty shall be limited to repair of this product, or replacement thereof at pro-rated cost, at the sole discretion of K-9 Kondo Inc.
5. If it becomes necessary to send the product or any defective part to K-9 Kondo Inc. the product must be shipped in its original carton or equivalent, fully insured with shipping charges prepaid. K-9 Kondo Inc. will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Limitation of Liability. Except in only the limited express warranty set forth above, there are no expressed or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will K-9 Kondo Inc. be liable for any direct, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use or inability to use, or performance of this product.
7. Proof of date of purchase is required for warranty service on this product.
8. This Warranty grants specific legal rights. Additional legal rights, which may vary by locale, may also apply.
9. Should any difficulties arise with the performance of this product during the warranty period, contact K-9 Kondo Inc.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

K-9 Kondo Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it within 30 days for replacement or refund, less the original shipping and handling charges. K-9 Kondo Inc, reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any unused merchandise returned past 30 days. All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, or exchanges. All special orders are non-refundable.

We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD.

All credit card purchases that are returned and qualify for a refund in accordance with these terms will entitle the purchaser to a credit issued to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. If you have any questions, please contact the returns department.
