Over the last 5 years I borrowed this book from the library many times and convinced myself that it works. I decided to own it, because illness does not come only on a weekday when the book is available in the library.

Very, very user friendly!

Excellent pictures showing pressure points, plus well written descriptions.

Excellent indexes in back of book.

The best guide for acupuncture and acupressure that I have found.

I bought a copy for myself and my daughter.

This is the best acupressure book we've gotten our hands on, and we have quite a few of them. Definitely worth buying at any price - but at $20 or less, it's a steal. Covers all the major stuff and is very straightforward, easy to follow.
