Over the last 5 years I borrowed this book from the library many times and convinced myself that it works. I decided to own it, because illness does not come only on a weekday when the book is available in the library.

This is the best acupressure book we've gotten our hands on, and we have quite a few of them. Definitely worth buying at any price - but at $20 or less, it's a steal. Covers all the major stuff and is very straightforward, easy to follow.
