This is a great reference for new and experenced Nurse Practitioners to have in the office.

Tharpe's book is a wonderful starting point for individual practice guidelines. These protocols reflect the standards of care, and also include alternative therapies. It is well written and thorough and takes the misery out of writing practice guidelines.
