Gives brief information on the number and names of the cell salts, and a quick reference on problems and what to use. Not as pleased as I was with Homeopathic Cell Salts Remedies.

I cannot tell you how many times I've asked my wife where this book is. I refer to it frequently before administering cell salts to our 4 yr old and 2 yr old. This book is very easy to use and provides effective salt combinations for various conditions.
I will recommend this book to all my patients. They will be able to go home and practice cell salt therapy effectively. Thanks Skye!

I have a busy naturopathic medical practice in Seattle, and this book is invaluable to me. Cell salts are so non-toxic that I feel comfortable using them with all my patients, even those who are on multiple prescription medications. They are safe for children, inexpensive and useful for both acute and chronic conditions. I highly recommend this book for practitioners and lay people alike; it's a great tool for your practice or your household medicine chest.
