4 out of 5 stars Good   November 22, 2009

The cups are good. Same as @ Starbucks, but without the branding or the steep price.

One lid has torn near the mouth hole, but I expected to buy more silicone lids anyway.

Keeps coffee reasonably warm and trendy.

5 out of 5 stars Great design, had on for over one year and never had a problem.   November 17, 2009

I love this little cup. I first saw it at a bookstore in my home town and when I went back to get one they were sold out. So I jumped online and bought 6 of these from amazon. I have kept and used two of them and the rest I have gifted.

Here are the highlights:

Pro's:
1. Durability
2. Design
3. Conversation piece
4. Wonderful Gifts
5. Portability
6. Solid seal on the lid
7. Keeps coffee/tea hot and your hand not
8. Dishwasher safe (both cup and lid)

Con's:
1. A little pricey
2. Capacity could be larger

5 out of 5 stars Cool Eco Friendly Cup   November 16, 2009
Kirsten Leigh Morgan (New Jersey)
This cup is awesome! I bought one for myself and my coworker liked it so much that i bought one for her too.
It's really nice to be able to drink out of a porcelain cup or even the rubber top compared to paper or plastic. It makes me happy and helps save the environment one cup at a time.

3 out of 5 stars Great idea, mostly good, but leaks   November 11, 2009
G. Conner (Providence, RI)
If you are sensitive to the taste of coffee, this cup is a much better alternative than a metal insulated coffee mug with plastic lid. I've been using this cup every day for a couple months and coffee always tastes fresh. The porcelain cup is easy to get clean, and the silicone lid does not effect the taste of the coffee (though it is easily stained). This would be a 5 start product except for two flaws:

1. It is small. As mentioned in other reviews, it holds less than a "Tall" Starbucks cup.

2. It leaks like a sieve around the lid seal. I have to keep a paper towel underneath the cup to prevent rings of coffee pooling on my desk.

Despite these flaws, I find the benefits of good-tasting coffee to be worthwhile.

STAY AWAY!!!!
This high-maintenance mug will leave you heart-broken.

Bought a ceramic/silicone combo coffee cups because of the smell factor that stainless steel cups eventually take on. Nothing prepared me for the stench that this came with using this cup ONCE!

Washed this cup and lid, poured on cup of coffee (black) into it and immediantly some chemical reaction happened to the point of after the second sip, my stomach turned and I dumped everything out left the cup in the sink and grabbed the standby coffee cup to head to work.

The stench and staining that ONE CUP OF COFFEE has damaged at the molecular level is amazing.

Save yourself from wasting $20, go to the Salvation Army and buy up a bunch of cermaic mugs and proceed to destroy through commuting. $20 should buy about 40 cups.
