Editorial Reviews:

Album Description
U.S. pressing of this 2009 album from the Europop trio fronted by vocalist Natalie Horler. Evacuate The Dancefloor marks a fresh start for one of the world's most successful Dance acts, and looks likely to dominate the airwaves throughout the rest of the year. Cascada found international fame with their huge, debut hit 'Everytime We Touch'. A smash in the States before the band had even toured there, the song quickly caught on across the globe, followed by a multi-platinum 500,000 selling album that spawned eight singles, including the massive 'Miracle' and a dance cover of Savage Garden's 'Truly, Madly, Deeply'. Their second album, Perfect Day, continued Cascada's reign as one of the world's Top 10 selling dance acts. 11 tracks. Universal. 2009.

2 out of 5 stars Very filler heavy.   January 25, 2010

I hadn't heard anything new from Cascada since their cover of "What Hurts the Most" until Cascada's latest single, the title track from this album. From the moment I heard it, I knew it would be a dance pop smash! I like dance music, and all of Cascada's music I had heard, so I bought this album. Unfortunately the beats are recycled over and over for every single song. Fun to dance to, but don't expect any variety.

Highlights: Evacuate the Dancefloor, Hold On.

5 out of 5 stars get on the dancefloor   January 12, 2010

and throw your hands up. You won't stop until this cd is finished playing. Then you'll then want to put it back in and start over again. "Evacuate The Dancefloor" will have you dancing and having a party like their is no tomorrow. A very well done cd by the group Cascada. I haven't listened to their first two albums. But i'm totally loving this one and will check out their previous work as well.

For now though i'm gonna go play this one again. 11 songs of energy filled, excitement and just plain very good music (vocals and all). Cascada is the bomb!!

The CD came on time and in perfect condition. All the songs are as awesome as I had hoped, which was a relief (I'm always afraid with dance CDs that the one or two songs I already know from listening to the radio will be the only ones I like). I also enjoyed reading Natalie's personal notes on the cover to her fans and to Manian, Yanou, and their producers.

Was a Christmas gift for son, who after opening gifts gathered everything in his arms and went to his room to play.

5 out of 5 stars Best Album of the 3   December 5, 2009

This is Cascada's third album and I have to say the best so far. The more overall dance vibe from this album, as opposed to more techno laden beats of the past are a departure which lends itself to having more replay ability. Personal favorites are the title track "Evacuate the Dancefloor", "Fever" and "Hold Your Hands Up". The musical variants show a more flexible side to both the Cascada project as a whole and the individuals within the project.
