I run about 20 miles per week and this shoe "ROCK". My knees are not hurting and I feel much faster when wearing it.
Best bang for your buck. I would recommend it for all "avid" runners who are looking for a decent pair of running shoe.
Great Shoes for Short Distances October 27, 2009

I have about 200 miles on these shoes and I must say these are overall decent running shoes. My only complaint is that they don't have the stability for long distances. I'm a marathoner with flat feet so needless to say i need stability as well as arch support. If your going for 3-5 mile runs these are the perfect shoe... Anything over this and your feet really start to feel the pressure on the road/trail. I suggest ASICS 2140 for long distances.. This shoe has around 300 miles on it and still feels good as new!

The shoe is what it's supposed to be. I buy New Balance because they fit me better than the others. This price+shipping is excellent.

I have not had a pair of New Balance in a while. My past experience was that New Balance was to heavy and bulky for me as a running shoe. However, this shoe is great! It is comfortable, has cushioning, and "light feeling." I really like the lacing system also. The strings help keep the comfortably snug feel.
