loud, but fuctional.
We don't have to take our screen out to run this fan.
the high settings really move some air.
very good product - pleased with purchase February 25, 2010 Kent E. Webb (New York City) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This fan works well and seems a fair (as in expected) value for the money.
Nice features and it moves air well - whether in exhaust or intake mode.
The only minor complaint is the noise. Though not excessively noisy, it's
presence is known if 25 feet from the unit. All things considered, and
given the others I have seen on the market, I would purchase this again.
Window Fan February 15, 2010 Rebeccah Baird 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It works great. It has a great feature where you set the thermostat at a certain level and it automatically turns on when it gets warmer than your desired temperature. That is a great feature
Good fan January 24, 2010 Sweetheart (New York, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product performs well, but the plastic looks and feels cheap. A bit expensive for the quality of plastic, but the fans are independent from each other which is awesome.
great fan January 6, 2010 Neil L. Hudson 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
replaced a durocraft with this model and the 2 are identical-seems to be made my same manufacturer-either the durocraft motors aged or the motors in the honeywell are much more powerful! wow!more than happy--the ones that complain about a rattle probably dont have the fan mounted solidly in the window--i have mine on the sill and used L brackets to hold it in place screwed into the side panels and then to the metal side window -now no problem closing window-one solid fan
