Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also place the order and select to provide the payment information over the phone, send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are calculated real time from the carriers displayed and are based on the size and weight of your order. Unlike a lot of online stores, shipping is not a profit center for us. We do add $2 for packaging costs to the shipping rate.

Standard Shipping
Items that are in stock typically ship in 1 to 2 business days. Items which are not in stock and are not custom made typically ship within 5 business days (items we have run out of). Special order items may take 5-10 business days to ship, and custom made items may take a month or more for our craftsmen to make before we can ship. Once we ship the product it takes 2 to 5 business days to most locations in the continental U.S. to arrive at your location.

If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day? Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Before placing your overnight order you can call us at 1-800-364-3018 to check availability. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, and if some items are not in stock or custom made, the order will not ship until we have them. We can ship items that are in stock with 1 to 2 day delivery and then send the other items when the craftsmen are finished, however you will incur 2 shipping charges, one for the priority items, and a second charge when the rest of the products ship. International Shipping
We gladly accepts orders from all around the globe in most cases. However available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

We do reserve the right to not ship to a particular country, particularly where we have seen a high incidence of fraudulent orders.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always you or the recipients responsibility. We will not issue refunds for orders held or destroyed by customs, nor do we guarantee how long customs will hold your shipment.

You are responsible for ensurring that the product can be lawfully imported to your country or the country where you are having the product shipped to. When ordering from workingdogs.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. i.e. don't order a prong collar for delivery to your country if you know they are illegal in your country. We will not refund any moneys for orders held or destroyed by customs because of this.

Please note that any manufacturer warranty or manufacturer service options may not be available in your country. Manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in your countries language; and products may not be designed in accordance with your countries standards, specifications, and labeling requirements..

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so if you are not sure, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Wrong Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and Working Dogs is not responsible for products shipped to the wrong address that you provide and will not refund any money's for the order if something is delivered to the wrong address and is not recoverable. Of course if the error is on our part, we will reship the product as soon as we are notified. Most of our carriers send out a shipment confirmation which you will receive, as well as the tracking number will be in your order details in our customer center, it is your responsibility to ensure that your email program spam filters do not lose the notification, or log into your account on our site to track the order and verify the correct address.
