The Hoopie is a no-nonsense universal flat webbing collar—the name derives from a term used by outdoor enthusiasts for strong, flat nylon tubular webbing or “hoopie”. The collar’s clean, classic styling takes the standard a notch further with upgraded hardware and 4000 lb. tensile strength flat tubular webbing. ID tags attach separately from all other hardware, reducing annoying tag rattle.
