5 out of 5 stars Kindle Edition is Flawed   November 3, 2009
Janis Jaquith (Charlottesville, VA United States)
I just downloaded this book, and it looks like a fine, well-organized and helpful book. The problem? When you get to the section with the recipes, you find a list with page numbers. (No page numbers on the Kindle.) The recipe list is not electronically interactive, so finding a recipe becomes a protracted scroll-a-thon. With a book such as this, you want to do a lot of flipping back and forth, and it ain't easy with this electronic edition. If I had it to do over, I'd get the paper-and-ink version.

5 out of 5 stars Very useful book.   October 8, 2009

The ideas are fabulous and the ingredients are not difficult to find. This is a good book that makes a great ADDITION to your collection, I would not start with this book though. I can actually eat these food combinations without going yuck. YAY! for recipe books and information such as this! May all the world become healthier and happier through better eating! FIVE BIG PHAT STARS!!

If your're realy interested in raw food you must check these books out:
