| Customer Reviews: Got what I need October 12, 2009 Isaac D. Muhammad (Bowie,MD) It's required for my class and I got what I needed. Instead of rating the book this review is for Amazon. GREAT SERVICE! It's awesome when you can get what you need from the comfort of home. I would recommend the site to anyone. Prices are fair and the fact you have options leaves little room to complain. Way to go gals!(AMAZON, LOL) But really the book is something I intend to keep after my class. The information it contains is worth reading a 3rd or 4th time.
Great price, slow shipping September 28, 2009 Leroy Christensen The book was as good of price as I could find and was exactly what I needed for the EMT class. I would recommend faster than the free shipping as it took over two weeks for it to arrive.
Great text book September 26, 2009 Linda C. Popiel (Buffalo NY) It is very helpful for EMT classes as you need to read it home also as there is so much to learn. I am having trouble with the CD ROM at the back of the book apart from that great book
Excellent Book September 11, 2009 Steve (Lakewood, Ohio) I recently graduated from EMT-B class using this book. I also passed my NREMT basic on the first try. I would most definitely recommend this book as a learning tool. In each and every chapter, it begins with DOT objectives. Those are very crucial learning check offs that "WILL" I mean as an eye witness "WILL" be on National Registry. The photos are clear, the diagrams are understandable, and the terminology in the back of the book is also helpful. Again, if anyone is preparing for National Registry, you have to get this book. Excellent tool!

I can't wait to use this book for EMT class. Great illustrations and great poignant insights on the EMT's actual experience.
