| Customer Reviews: Lots of ideas May 20, 2009 William A. Nolan (Willcox, AZ USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought a new infrared gas grill, and decided to really step up my outdoor cooking skills. I bought this book and a few others as well, and this one has a lot of good ideas for things to try. Before I got the new grill, I pretty much never cooked anything on a grill except meat. Now I am grilling veggies, fruit, and still lots of meat. Be aware that this book is strictly recipes. It has no instructional material at all, but there are about 400 pages of recipes.
This books gets lots of use! June 19, 2006 J. Harper (Switzerland) 27 out of 27 found this review helpful
I have used this book regularly since I bought it three months ago. Every recipe I've tried has been a success. There are sections for beef, poultry, lamb, vegetables, and even pizza. Some recipes require marinading meat over night others for 30 minutes or less. A good cookbook for busy families.
