Product Description Dog Books-by Breed

| Customer Reviews: Waste of money December 11, 2008 S. Burgess (Tennessee, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is so basic it's not even worth buying. You can get more information in a 5 second google search. If you've ever had a dog of any breed before, and suceeded in keeping it alive, then this book is not for you. It doesn't discuss much about pomeranians in particular. It's a very basic dog care book. I wish I hadn't bought it.
Not that great July 6, 2008 Angela Bruneau (Ithaca, NY USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Sorry, but this book is lacking. Some sections are not even dedicated to the Pom. There is very little on training; basically suggestions to train the dogs and info on types of training (obedience, therapy, etc.) There is no discussion of diseases or ailments common to poms, et. For instance, my vet and my Pom's breeder agree that Parvo vaccine is dangerous for Pomeranians... Moreno doesn't discuss this at all.
2 stars because there are some lovely pictures and there is info on the standard... [...].
Nice book- by Alyssa (VA, USA) June 5, 2007 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Hi.
I'm getting a pom soon and this book seems really nice for a new owner. I can't wait until I get my baby pom!
Yesterday at a ballgame me and my cousin got to pet someone's pomeranian. She was so adorable and would let anyone pet or rub her. She would also lick your finger or nose. She was just precious.
I think poms have baby doll faces. They are just soooooooooooooo cute.
When I get my baby this will be a nice book to have. Good source for info on all things pom.
HAPPY SUMMER!
Pom book March 20, 2007 Joseph E. Wier This covers the Pom very well. My wife is reading it and has not said one bad thing about the book.

Superbly written. A must have for all Pomeranian owners and those considering purchasing a Pomeranian.
