Product Description
Simply open the harness, place the pet's front legs through the opening and snap closed. Has two D-rings for added security while walking your pet. The two larger sizes have an underside adjustment. Small adjusts from 14" to 22", Medium adjusts from 15" to 25", Large adjusts from 25" to 40".

I really wanted the narrower one as was stated in the description. It is a nice harness, else I would have rated it less. It is just not as narrow as it was described and feels bulky on my dog as she is also small, as I believe the other review felt the same way.

but my dog is kind of small and I wish it was a little lighter in construction. We are using it and it is working well for teaching her to walk on a leash.
