I have a big dog and that means it is impossible to take him anywhere since hes so overpowering. so you can imagine how it would be to take him to the groomers let alone the vet in the car. Since i purcased this doggie seat belt i used and it held him in place, my 85 lb german shepard was allowed certain range of motion but other than that it did its job! i wasnt worried about him jumping up to the front seat from the back, which is a big stuggle we tend to have when we go "bye bye". Good product!

I feel so much better knowing that my dog and I are protected when she is in my car. Altough she isn't excited to put the harness on, she's getting used to wearing it. It's easy to put on (easiest if you do it when the dog is standing outside the car) and easy to attach to the shoulder belt in the back seat.

I had an big ol' 1992 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Wagon for 17 years, My dog who is 11, 70lbs,had the run of the back of the wagon. I'd put all the seats down and she had a 7' long play ground back there, going back and forth hanging out both windows. When my poor old car wouldn't pass inspection I had to get a new car. I was a nervous wreck wondering what to do with the dog. Love having her with me, but didn't want to ruin a new car. I bought the car safety harness, it was night and day. She sits in it, she's happy, I have her up front with me now so I can pat her when I want, it holds her in place so no claw marks on the leather under the window, and hooked to the seatbelt I don't fear for her saftey if we had to stop quick.
It's a two thumbs up in my book!

This is the 4th brand of harness I've purchased and it's been a challenge, but I'm finally keeping this one! Doesn't over-restrain and has more than enough adjustments to make a good fit. Also, this padding is much softer. My two German shorthaired pointers are going to be able to take a fairly long road trip with me because of these restraints. I recommend them wholeheartedly!!
