Good harness July 20, 2010 S. Basham (Denver, CO) I have a 16lb dog that I purchased this harness for. I really like it and will probably be getting another one for my other small dog. Very easy to get the dog in and out of. The plastic adjustable pieces are a bit bulky and look like they could be uncomfortable for the dog but mine doesn't seem to mind too much. It would be nice if they were smaller and metal, perhaps.
Love it, " Best" halter I have ever had June 29, 2010 sandeejo (Minnesota) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have a Springer Spaniel puppy that is 6 months old and boy does she test her halters and leashes, I have bought other halters for her and the snap clips on them just don't hold up to her. She see's something and she runs full speed to the end of her leash and POW the snaps on the halter unhook. I assume that when she pulls hard and the halter turns on her the leash hits on the snaps and somehow puts enough pressure on it to unhook, which worried me when we are at the park or close to the road since she at the moment thinks it is fun to try to go after cars, a unhooking halter for this dog could prove hazardous. These walk in halters have two loops on the top which you hook through so no pressure goes on the snaps, whala problem solved.... no more unsnapped halters for my rowdy pup. And the most greatest thing also they come with a snap lock that you slide over on the top of the snap which locks the snaps so they cannot be pushed in by accident at all and unsnap, this is a super great little feature that I have not seen on other halters yet..... Thank you so much for making a halter for my springy spaniel pup to be safe in... oh and I should also say I bought this red one and I got the pink, very well made sturdy halters with reflecting stitching.. very very attractive.... love them and can't say enough about them, I am thinking about getting a couple more extra's .....
Reflective of what? June 12, 2010 The Queen (Leonardtown MD) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This harness is a nice sturdy harness but I bought it because it stated that is was reflective. I have a black dog and wanted something reflective for night time walks. This harness does not serve the purpose of making him visable at night. The harness is well made--easy to put on and very sturdy. If I had purchased to have a nice harness it would be fine.
Works great, fits perfectly May 18, 2010 James F. Murphy (Melrose, MA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great fit, and we like the two D clips since it keeps harness on even if the clasp breaks
Just what I wanted May 2, 2010 Paula Mckinnis (San Diego, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I really needed a step in harness for my dog, but I couldn't find one locally. So I decided to check Amazon and there it was - just what I was looking for and at a great price. The only thing was I had to guess about the size but that worked out perfectally. My baby is about 13 lbs and after reading a previous review, I bought the small to medium size and it is perfect. Have recommended this product to my friends.
