It is written by one the leading orthopedic surgeons in the area, who has made it his mission to improve the quality of life for our four legged "kids". Incredibly good book December 9, 2003 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Just have to say its an incredibly good book on dogs. Those of us who love dogs sometimes sit around at shows endlessly analyzing gait. This book is a professional way to do it, but written so well that amateurs can understand and be interested. Good for all breeds, but if you have a dog in performance events, like hunting, coursing, running, or agility, you need this book. Or, if you have a breed prone to hip dysplasia, like Rotties or Dobes, you need this book.
