Obviously, Dr. Jim has the nack for speaking to people. This book is kind-of a transcript of his talk radio program. He really keys in on the real need people have, or what they are looking for in their question. He gets to the point and doesn't waste my time!! The book is broken down by subject categories and I can find the answers to many common questions very quickly. Its fun to read (because it reads like a talk radio show) and the last chapter is a hoot!! I loved it.
