5 out of 5 stars A lawyer whose love of animals influences her legal practice   February 11, 1998
4 out of 4 found this review helpful

Linda Cawley is a lawyer who loves animals. She brings this care and concern to the courtroom as she describes the many legal cases involving animals in which she has participated. Often humorous but always serious, this account describes a major but often forgotten area of litigation. The witty and superb writing style makes reading this book an enjoyable experience. The cases described provide a wealth of knowledge about the practice of canine law. It makes a beagle proud to have its breed name associated with this area of legal practice.
