5 out of 5 stars Absolutely Useful   April 23, 2009
W. Jensen (God's Country - Wisconsin)
Our 12 year old daughter completed this atlas as part of her
home schooling. We were pleased with it's design and how effective
it was in helping her grasp horse anatomy. Every true horse lover
can benefit from this book. Highly recommend!

4 out of 5 stars very good supplement   April 10, 2009
Elaine Boston (Columbus, OH)
This book is a great supplement especially because there doesn't seem to be a lot of good horse anatomy diagrams published.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent study guide for the full equine anatomy!   February 12, 2009
Jenny F (Ohio, USA)
This book is a great way to learn the skeletal and muscular system of the horse. The pictures are well defined and colorable. They cover every angle and different muscular layers to make sure you get a full understanding. The circulatory, respritory, digestive and other systems are also broken down into detail. This is a must have for anyone who works with horses. It is essential to understand these systems in order to recognize when there is something wrong. Goes great with Equine Science, 2nd edition by Sarah Pilliner Zoe Davies!

5 out of 5 stars everyone needs to sit and color!   January 21, 2009
Lindsey Rue (Emigrant, MT)
I love this book. I use it for my online school courses in Equine Science. Who doesn't like coloring for college!

5 out of 5 stars Quintessential book for horse enthusists   October 7, 2008
Kathryn M. Austin
At first the title of this book turned me off.

"A coloring book? No, I really need to learn about anatomy."

So glad my friends set me straight. I find myself refering to this book all the time when reading other books or thinking of how to help my horse's movement improve.
